The water decanter is a necessary mechanical device for sequencing batch reactor (SBR) to treat sewage. The water decanter can discharge the treated water regularly and quantitatively, so that the SBR tank can achieve the ultimate goal of continuous sewage treatment.
Working principle
The decanter is generally stopped at the top of the highest water level in the tank. Under the drive of the drive device, the decanting water tank slowly drops (synchronous with the falling water speed) and starts decanting. The water flows out continuously through the decanting water tank, branch pipe and main pipe. When the decanter tank descends to a predetermined depth, the driving device starts to reverse, and the decanter quickly returns to the highest position, waiting for the next command.
