Structure & working principle
Tooth rake bar screen, also known as rotary solid-liquid separator, is composed of driving device (motor, reducer, driving sprocket and chain), rake chain system (trash rake, traction chain), support frame, slag removal mechanism and other components.
The drive motor is installed on the output shaft at the side of the rack. Driven by the two side drive chains, the plow tooth harrow extracts the dirt within the width of the whole channel from the bottom to the top. When it reaches the upper part, it can automatically complete the decontamination work through the turning kinetic energy of the guide rail and sprocket.
