Product Introduction          

The central transmission structure is generally used for scraping and collecting the bottom mud of various circular sedimentation tanks with a diameter of less than 18m (generally, the water volume of a single tank is less than 600t / h), which is normally the outlet water around the central sludge discharge.

ZXG central drive mud scraper is generally used for municipal sewage and similar sewage. The proportion of sludge is relatively light (generally less than 1.2T/m3) and it is not easy to harden the bottom mud of the tank. Generally, there is no scum scraping function, and inclined plate or pipe can be set in the tank to improve the sedimentation effect.

Zxn type central drive thickener is basically similar to ZXG type, which is mainly used to further concentrate the sludge discharged from the common sedimentation tank. Compared with the mud scraper, the structure of the thickener increases the part of grid bar (to increase the sludge compactness).

Working bridge structure: steel beam type should be adopted for pool diameter less than 10m and truss beam for pool diameter greater than 10m.

Feature
